The challenge was to unify a fragmented ecosystem of learning tools and sub-projects into a cohesive, scalable platform. I needed to balance usability, performance, and aesthetics while accommodating a wide range of content, from free tutorials to enterprise-level courses, and fostering a vibrant, friendly community of instructors and learners. Every decision had to ensure the platform could grow and adapt without losing its clarity or engaging experience.
I began by auditing existing interfaces and identifying patterns, then built a unified design system that could scale across all sub-projects. This included creating reusable components, layouts, and style guidelines that ensure consistency, flexibility, and performance across the platform.
Next, I translated the system into a fully functional Webflow platform, integrating interactive elements, responsive layouts, and user flows for trainings, webinars, and tutorials. Each interaction was refined to be intuitive and engaging, creating a seamless experience for both learners and instructors while supporting community growth and collaboration.
I consolidated fragmented UI patterns across the company’s platforms into a single, coherent design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a strong visual identity.
